EB Norfolk Southern 090-06 rail train moves through Phillipsburg, NJ this morning @ 1039 hours with NS GP40-2 #3010, ex-Conrail #3289. Lehigh line DS told the 090 he had the tracks all the way to Royce Running Track, where the train would go in and wait for further instructions..
