BDRV is installing a passenger siding track on the old Bel-Del line from just under the old CNJ bridge north to the L&HR bridge near Union Square. The cross ties and switch are in palce and it look like the siding will follow the old Pennsy second track nearest the Delaware River. As they pull up the old track, new rail is being laid. Photo taken following the road at the end of Elizabeth Street that leads down to the Bel-Del line.
