Westbound 43A-22 passing the PRRH site with a pair of brand new Norfolk Southern D9s #9817 and #9814 in primer paint. I think NS ordered 50 new locomotives, 35 GE C40-9Ws and 15 EMD SD70s. This does not include 15 new enviromental GE ES40DCs [GEVO] that NS is now testing. #9913 was photographed on the 18th out in Western PA wearing the new NS paint scheme.
