WB 19G-14 locomotive consist has two former Conrail/PC/PRR locomotives. Norfolk Southern SD40-2 #3434, ex-Conrail SD40-2R #6977, ex-Conrail SD40 #6330, ex-nee-Penn Central/Pennsylvania RR #6077 [built 2/66] and Norfolk Southern GP38-2 #5313, ex-Conrail #8131, nee-Penn Central #8131 [built 2/73] repainted.
Train passed Philipsburg, NJ @ 0718 hours.
