Conrail SAA #21303 on train westbound 43A @ 1537 hrs. The Class N-21 caboose went red on October 2, 1999 at NS's Altoona, PA shop. One of a total of 113 N-21 [21201 - 21313], they were the only cabooses bought new by Conrail in 1978. Manville, NJ is stenciled on its side.
